Take a photo of the menu and AI turns every dish into an order list you can read, with a short description and common allergens. Show your order to the staff, and talk with them by voice.
The menu is all in the local language, and even with photos you can't tell what anything is. You end up pointing at the next table.
Is it safe for your kid?
Is there shrimp or peanuts in it? Is it spicy? You want to ask but don't know how.
With Menu Translator
Take out your phone and order with ease
Snap the menu to understand every dish. When you're ready, hand your phone to the staff: your order is shown in large text in the local language, and you can even say it out loud.
Order in three steps
1
Snap the menu
Take a photo or choose one from your library. Multi-page menus are fine, and you can start reading as soon as the first page is done.
2
Pick your dishes
Every dish shows a translated name, the original name, a short description and the price. Adjust quantities and the total adds up.
3
Show the staff
Your order appears in large text in the menu's language, with a polite ordering phrase, so the staff get it at a glance.
Need to ask something? Just say it
“Is this spicy?” “Can you make it less salty?” Tap a button and speak your language: the app shows it in large text in the local language and reads it to the staff. Their reply is translated back to you right away.

Good to know
Requires an iPhone or iPad with iOS 26 or later.
Full AI translation (with dish descriptions and allergens) requires iOS 27 and a device that supports Apple Intelligence, with a daily limit. Otherwise the app uses basic translation, which translates dish names only.
AI translations may contain errors. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, always confirm the ingredients with the staff.
FAQ
How do I use it?
Tap “Scan Menu” (multiple pages are fine) or choose a photo, add the dishes you want, then tap “Show to Staff” to display your order in the menu's original language.
Why are dish descriptions and allergens sometimes missing?
Full AI translation requires iOS 27 and a device that supports Apple Intelligence. Otherwise the app uses basic translation, which translates dish names only. It also switches to basic translation temporarily if your connection is unstable or you've used up today's AI translations.
How does voice conversation work?
On the “Show to Staff” screen, tap the left button for the staff to speak and the right button for you to speak, then tap again when done. The translation appears in large text and can be read aloud. A speech model is downloaded the first time you use a language.
How do I remove ads or restore my purchase?
Use the “Remove Ads” card on the home screen (one-time purchase, yours forever). On a new device, tap “Restore Purchase” on the same card.
Are translations always accurate?
AI translations may contain errors. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, always confirm the ingredients with the staff.
